Bench Carpenter – Cabinet Doors & Sanding Specialist; Local to Kamas​/Heber​/Coalville​/Park

We build high‑end custom cabinets for homes throughout the Wasatch Back and Park City area. We are looking for a full‑time Bench Carpenter to help build, sand, and prepare cabinet in our Francis shop.

This is an entry‑level to mid‑level role. If you’re reliable, good with your hands, and want to learn the cabinet trade, we will train the right person.

• Assemble hardwood doors ad cabinets, including five‑piece, shaker, and custom designs
• Perform precision sanding so doors are ready for stain or paint
• Operate and care for woodworking tools: table saws, sanders, routers, drills, etc.
• Inspect materials and finished doors for quality and consistency
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders to meet exact specifications
• Work with the production team to hit daily and weekly build schedules
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Lives within about 30 minutes of Francis, UT
• Experience in woodworking, carpentry, or shop class OR strong mechanical/hand‑tool skills
• High attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time
• Able to read a tape measure and basic drawings
• Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Team player with good communication and attitude
• Drug‑free and dependable
• Willing to learn our methods and grow with the company

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay: $19–$25 per hour DOE
• Schedule:
  
  4×10 workweek (four 10‑hour days, most weeks with 3‑day weekends)
• Full‑time, year‑round work in our Francis, UT shop
