Cabinet Shop Craftsman & Finisher

We specialize in building high-end custom cabinets. We are a team of dedicated, hard-working individuals, focused on building amazing, high-quality cabinets and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers. A successful candidate should have a desire to create beautiful custom cabinets, they must be a self-starter, and able to work as a team and as individuals.

• Lead others in assembling, sanding, cleaning, finishing cabinet pieces, maintaining woodworking machinery, and organizing The Cabinet Shop.
• This position will require the use of routers and saws.
• Be responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining materials, products, and tools needed for the project.
• Lead with cutting and mitering cabinet frames, doors and trimming in a manner that ensures a high yield.
• Lead the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Know and be able to use cabinet software
• Design experience a must.

• Design, fabrication, and skilled install of custom cabinets
• Producing skilled, high quality products
• Finishing high quality products within the allotted time frame

• Woodworking experience
• Will follow procedures
• Look and act professionally while on job sites and in the workplace
• Work efficiently to finish jobs on time
• Have integrity
• Understand how to use power tools
• Strong fractional, math, and measuring skills

• Requires the ability to lift 100 pounds on a regular basis
• The ability to stand, stoop, and bend is required
• The cabinet shop environment is loud
• The shop area gets dusty while building cabinets
• Personal Protection Equipment is provided.
