Constellation Brands is seeking a Distiller to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Beverage & Food Operations. In this on-site role, you'll operate and monitor distillation, mashing, and fermentation processes to craft high-quality spirits that power our iconic portfolio. You'll manage daily production, conduct quality checks, maintain detailed records, and uphold strict safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven environment, you'll partner with quality, maintenance, and R&D to optimize yields, support innovation trials, and continuously improve operations while growing your technical skills and career.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor distillation equipment to produce consistent, high-quality spirits.
  • Execute mashing, fermentation, and distillation according to established recipes and SOPs.
  • Perform in-process quality checks, sensory evaluations, and basic lab tests to ensure product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate batch, production, and compliance records in alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to optimize yields and reduce downtime.
  • Clean, sanitize, and inspect equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, food safety, and GMP requirements.
  • Support trials and new product runs, providing feedback to R&D and operations on process performance.
  • Identify and escalate equipment or process issues, assisting with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
