Location Manila Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

About the Team:
The KOL Challenges & Campaigns Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing engagement-driven challenges and promotional campaigns for Shopee’s KOLaffiliates. This role will focus on increasing KOL activation, engagement, and performance through creative and data-backed initiatives.
Job Description:
Campaign Development & Execution Plan and execute KOL challenges, competitions, and seasonal affiliate campaigns to drive engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with Shopee’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
Affiliate Activation & Incentivization Develop challenge mechanics encouraging KOLs to generate content and drive traffic to Shopee.
Implement performance-based reward structures to maximize participation and ROI.Track KOL engagement and introduce targeted initiatives to re-engage inactive affiliates.
Cross-functional Coordination & Innovation Work closely with product, marketing, and data teams to develop innovative challenge formats.
Experiment with new ways to gamify KOL participation and increase competition-driven motivation.
Leverage performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of KOL engagement mechanics and digital content trends.
Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale challenges and campaigns.
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making.
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
