Role Summary Develop creative marketing plans & strategy for Artists, in-line with the Domestic Department objectives.

About the role:

Strategizing and executing marketing campaigns

Forecast marketing campaign and KPI’sIdentifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage inform, and motivates

Building Artists awareness and positioning

Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans

Develop and execute marketing budgets, evaluates results through KPI’sDirecting, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.

Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and profit-loss projections.

Develops different online and traditional marketing approaches to generate sales and artist exposure

Delegate print publicity for domestic releases and projects; writing press releases and bios for artists

Identifies potential business partners and potential products viable to such partners

Keep up-to-date latest trends and best practices in marketing

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns

Delegate online and print marketing campaigns.

Maintain effective communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Delegate social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

Desirable Traits:

Degree in Music Marketing, Marketing or equivalent5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience

Broad knowledge in the current music landscape and market trends

Huge passion for music and appreciation for music culture

Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task Knowledgeable of domestic, international, and digital marketplaces and how are they evolving

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to develop relations with people in the music business

Planning and organizing skills

Fluency in English (written and oral)
