Location Manila Our  Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Job Description:

In-charge of overall content planning and content curation catered across social media platforms

Guide the content creators by developing original content ideation and strategy for driving Community engagement

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to produce a cohesive social media content plan

In-charge of content strategy according to business objectives and mileages promised to brands

Utilize different social media dashboards and analytic tools to monitor performance and optimize post efficiency

Monitor competitors & other brands’ content that works for the market

Monitor user feedback across different social media channels and escalate accordingly

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields

At least 5 years relevant work experience

Experience in producing static & video content (including copywriting)
Conceptualizing and planning social media content including ideation

Experience managing/leading a social media marketing team Strong project management & operational execution abilities

Keen understanding of social media landscape & Filipino consumer behavior/ preferences
