ResponsibilitiesThe Massive Creator Management Team is responsible for incubating, enabling, and scaling unmanaged creators on Byte Dance E-commerce platform Philippines. The team focuses on helping creators succeed at scale by providing clear resources, platform education, and timely communications, ensuring creators are well-equipped to participate in the E-commerce ecosystem. By working closely with Creator Education, Regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Massive Creator Management team serves as a bridge between platform initiatives and creator needs, translating complex policies, tools, and programs into accessible, actionable guidance for creators across different growth stages.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Support the Massive Creator Management and Creator Education teams in delivering high-quality creator resources and in-app communications
- Assist with organizing, updating, and distributing creator-facing materials across: E-commerce Creator Center, In-app inbox notifications, Banners and internal platforms
- Help execute operational and communication workflows for creator programs at scale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to support resource launches and updates
- Assist with light design edits to creator-facing materials as needed
- Ensure creator communications are clear, timely, accurate, and aligned with program goals
This opportunity will provide you:

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student with a bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field
- Strong written & communication skills for creator-facing copy and internal documentation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or other similar design softwares
- Basic knowledge of OBS or livestream/broadcasting setups
- Experience supporting community management, creator programs, or resource distribution
- Interest in e-commerce, creator ecosystems, and platform communications
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or organizational experience related to content operations, communications, or community building is an advantage
