ResponsibilitiesThe Massive Creator team is a dynamic group of impact‑driven marketing strategists who play pivotal roles in supporting and driving the success of our Creator ecosystem across all channels. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis – we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. In this role, you will be deeply involved in end‑to‑end lifecycle management: contributing to the growth, retention, and optimisation of creators throughout their journey on our E‑commerce platform.
- Design and implement structured learning and development initiatives to onboard and support newly acquired live streamers, helping them enhance their skills and improve content quality.
- Strategise and execute a comprehensive incubation plan aimed at nurturing high‑potential creators, fostering long‑term growth, and maximising creator retention on the platform.
- Collaborate in the creation and optimisation of Creator tasks and campaigns, driving engagement, boosting conversions, and increasing revenue generation opportunities for creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top tier creators, ensuring alignment with platform goals and campaign priorities.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end user experience for livestream creators, analysing key drop‑off points and proposing actionable improvements to enhance creator stickiness.
- Assist the Project Manager in tracking performance, analysing data, and creating post‑mortem reports to assess the success of programmes and campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
Actively enrolled university student with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Familiarity with content platforms or digital media. Excellent communication skills for occasional webinar hosting and team reporting. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines accurately and on‑time. Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months internship.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Basic knowledge of design software such as Figma or Canva. Livestream and Affiliate Marketing experience are a plus.
