About the RoleAs an Agency Growth Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our eCommerce business by developing and managing strategic partnerships with enablers/agencies.
You’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of agency growth—driving performance, building strong relationships, and ensuring our partners are equipped to support merchant success.
This cross‑functional role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, focusing on enabling long‑term growth through insight‑driven strategy, market analysis, and scalable ecosystem development.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of enablers/agencies (TSPs) and facilitate knowledge‑sharing programs, incubation sessions, and capability‑building initiatives.
- Take ownership of ecosystem health, drive initiatives that enhance partner quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for agency partners—ensuring ongoing support, communication, and strategic alignment.
- Drive revenue growth through agency‑led sales, marketing, and operational programs.
- Identify and activate new business opportunities by aligning agencies with high‑potential merchants.
- Regularly conduct business reviews with TSPs to evaluate performance, address gaps, and align on next‑phase growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends and provide data‑driven insights to optimize agency performance and scalability.
- Build the TSPs as an acquisition engine and incubation of potential online merchants, including lead generation and onboarding.
- Work closely with agencies to match sellers with the right partners based on category, capability, and goals.
- Support merchant enablement by helping them understand platform features and growth tools.
- Plan and manage offline events to increase TSP visibility and foster stronger merchant relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, Partner Management, Commercial Operations, or Growth Strategy.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and project‑management skills.
- Adaptable, fast learner, results‑driven, and a resilient team player.
- Experience in performance tracking, data interpretation, and conducting business reviews.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful agency or partner relationships.
- Deep understanding of online marketing trends, eCommerce platforms, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with cross‑functional collaboration and ecosystem building in a digital commerce environment.
