Position:
Education Counsellor / Recruitment Officer
  • Counsel students on study options and provide personalized advice.
  • Follow up on enquiries, applications, acceptances and feedback.
  • Maintain and update the student database and related records.
  • Attend to customer service inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Handle routine office administrative tasks.
  • Document and implement marketing plans, including online and offline events (roadshows, fairs, webinars).

  • Raise awareness of the AUG brand through strategic outreach.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, Commerce or Mass Communications preferred.

Position:
Digital Marketing & Student Engagement Officer
  • Create, update and maintain marketing content across all digital channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, email campaigns and website content.
  • Generate reports, analyze performance and provide insights.
  • Implement local and online marketing plans and budgets.
  • Organize and support events (roadshows, fairs, webinars).
  • Build relationships with students, institutions and partners.

Manager / Deputy Manager, People & Culture
  • Lead recruitment activities: shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution and morale initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems, leave and claims processes, and SOPs.
  • Oversee training, development, onboarding, and engagement events.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and drive HR initiatives across locations.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
  • Strong command of English;
    Mandarin proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Leadership experience with a small HR team or project supervision.
