The Massive Creator team develops data‑driven initiatives and scalable frameworks that accelerate creator growth and enhance the overall health of the ecosystem.

• Design scaled incentive programs to increase affiliate e‑Commerce activity and accelerate GMV growth of mid‑funnel creators.
• Lead incubation programs to identify and develop high‑potential creators across one or more content scenarios.
• Partner closely with the Category teams to improve matching efficiency and ecosystem partnerships between creators and merchants.
• Build operational workflows, creator communications, and scalable systems to support large creator communities and high‑volume creator operations.
• Create repeatable campaigns to enhance creator recruitment, activation, and growth, with a focus on efficiency and long‑term business value.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in e‑Commerce or business analytics.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Affinity with data and strong problem‑solving skills.
• High sense of work responsibility, quick learner with adaptability to fast‑changing environments.

• Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and content‑based e‑commerce, specifically Livestream.
• Familiarity with creator incentive structures, sampling programs, affiliate campaigns, or performance marketing.
• Experience building new programs, campaigns, operational systems, or scalable growth initiatives.
