Field Marketing Manager

Erie Home, a national leader in premium residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive homeowner demand in local markets. In this role, you'll plan and execute territory-based campaigns, home shows, events, and direct response programs that fuel our sales teams. You'll collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, manage budgets and vendors, and track ROI to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local field marketing campaigns to generate qualified homeowner leads
• Partner with sales leaders to support territory goals and event strategies

• Manage local media, signage, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency
• Track and report campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and homeowner trends
• Optimize budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines for field activities
• Collaborate with corporate marketing on messaging, creative, and offers
• Support inside sales and canvassing teams with tools and collateral
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand and regulatory standards
