Shift: ~7PM-1AM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Four Corners Regional Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team for our evening med-pass shift. If you're looking for a short, predictable shift with the ability to choose the days you work, this opportunity is perfect for you.

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders

• Complete required medication administration documentation in a timely manner

• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes

• Provide supportive, person-centered care and communicate effectively with residents and families

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to make sound, independent clinical decisions

• Working knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations

• Understanding of all applicable state, federal, and local guidelines
