Job Title
RN – Hospice Palliative Care (Travel)
LocationMoab, Utah
Contract Details- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift length: 8‑hour shifts
- Hours per week: 40
- Start Date:
ASAP - Pay: approximately $12,263/month gross
- Pay package based on confirmed shifts/hours; may include taxable and tax‑free components
- Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies
- Work 40 hours per week with 8‑hour shifts
- Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow‑up care with clinical and administrative teams
- Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record
