Position Overview
Vetted is seeking a RN - Hospice Palliative Care for a travel assignment in Moab, Utah. Must have 2+ years of experience. Contract pays approximately $10,198/month gross.
Start date:
ASAP.
Contract length: 13 weeks. Shift length: 12 hour shifts. Hours per week: 36.
Job Responsibilities- Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
- Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
- Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
