Schedule:

Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), 3 days per week
Scheduling Flexibility: Specific days discussed during interview

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands‑on nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Accurately document care, observations, and resident status
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and education for residents and families
• Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly
  
  Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the shift
• Support and mentor CNAs and team members on the unit

What We're Looking For:

• Current LPN license in good standing (Utah or compact state)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
