- Provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor the patient's condition and report important changes
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate and support patients and family caregivers
- Active [Degree] nursing license
- Strong nursing assessment and communication skills
- Home health, private-duty, pediatric, or adult care experience preferred
