Paragon Land Pros is a successful commercial land services firm specializing in both private and public land services projects. Paragon has partnered with Reef as we currently work on a wide variety of projects, including Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT and Marcella, near Park City, UT.
Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Crew Member to support ongoing landscape and property maintenance. This role involves hands‑on outdoor work and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Conduct standard care to tree and plant products
- Assist with grounds cleanup and debris removal
- Maintain irrigation system maintenance and conduct minor repairs
- Lawn mowing and general landscape maintenance
- Oversee proper use and care of tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License preferred but not required
- Incentive pays available for candidates with 2+ years holding a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Previous landscape or maintenance experience is a plus
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Daily start and end times vary by season, but typically fall between:
Start 5:30-7:30 AM, End 2:00-4:00 PM
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
- Ability to perform physical labor safely and efficiently
- Work under any weather condition
