Lead Greens Keeper - Summer Seasonal
Lead Greens Keepers are responsible for performing various maintenance tasks at the Breckenridge Golf Club. These tasks primarily involve the mowing of turf to maintain golf course features such as greens, aprons, fairways, tees, roughs, bunker faces, practice areas, and non‑play areas. They also operate equipment, clean it, maintain sand bunkers, and report equipment issues.
Individuals coordinate duties for Greens Keepers assigned to their area or team and perform other duties such as course set‑up, aeration, topdressing, vertical mowing, fertilizing, irrigation installation and repair, drainage installation and repair, trimming bushes, hand watering, picking up debris, and repairing ball marks.
They work within a team environment, communicate positively with guests, co‑workers, and golf course operations personnel, and attend required work shifts and trainings.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) or more years of previous golf course maintenance experience required.
- Must be available to work through the established Summer Seasonal period, which generally extends May through October, based on organizational need.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Community CPR, First Aid, and AED training required within 60 days of hire.
- Preventing Disease Transmission (PDT) required within 60 days of hire.
Hiring Pay Range: $21.50–$22.75 per hour.
WORK SCHEDULEPrimary shifts vary, but five (5) days per week for up to 40 hours would be typical. Individuals must be flexible in availability and may occasionally be required to work other shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
