Job Overview

As a Groundskeeper, you will contribute to creating unforgettable vacations by maintaining resort grounds and landscaping to the highest standards. You support general resort operations by ensuring the upkeep of the grounds at all times.

• Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
• Maintain resort grounds on a daily basis.
• Pick up and dispose of site trash and keep refuse areas clean.
• Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garages, and walkways free of litter.
• Look for and report faulty items requiring repair and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance.
• Monitor water and sprinkler systems to maintain peak efficiency and good repair.
• Assist with planting or removal of landscape features and general grounds maintenance.

• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
