Seasonal full-time. As a Terrain Park Crew Member, you will act as a professional resort representative creating the best environment for employees and guests. Recognizing that service is our product and providing guests with a wonderful experience is our primary focus. Safety, fun, and learning are daily tasks for this position while achieving a high level of morale and accountability for the entire team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain park rope lines, signs, and closures
• Maintain park features using various tools such as rakes, power tools, shovels, and forklifts
• Opening and closing of parks
• Test park features using ski and snowboard equipment
• Provide a welcoming and safe environment by following the Skier's Responsibility Code and the SMART Style Terrain Park Safety Code
• Inspect terrain park area and maintain daily inspection logs on every feature

What do you need to be able to do the job?

Required experience:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ski/snowboard ability
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts outside
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
• Experience in driving snowmobile; safe driving record

What will make you stand out?

Preferred experience:

• Advanced ski/snowboard ability
• Prior park crew experience
• Park riders preferred
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed
