Location: Lampton
Southridge Townnhomes & Apartments is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to handle tours, leasing activities and move-ins at our Market Rate property in South Jordan, Utah. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain Fair Housing compliance and support tenant relations.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will use Yardi, One Site or Resman to input tenant data, process renewals, and coordinate community events while meeting leasing objectives and ensuring move-in readiness.
