Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and fellow managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key duties include planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also meet targets and help departments reach goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
