• Lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a high standards of operation.
• Establish a collaborative team environment, drive turnover management and increase profitability.
• Take the lead to tackle problems, seek help from others when appropriate, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Motivate and develop staff to achieve performance goals and quality service.

• Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role.
