Job SummaryThe 20th Hole F&B Front of House Supervisor assists in managing day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations at the 20th Hole restaurant, ensuring smooth service, team accountability, and guest satisfaction. This position provides leadership support during service periods, helps train and guide servers, hosts, and support staff, and steps in to assist with service during peak hours. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on supervisor with excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full‑Time / Year‑Round
- Pay Rate: $22 – $24/hour. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including experience and skill level.

- Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support, guide, and mentor hosts, servers, bussers, and food runners to maintain high service standards
- Assist with team scheduling, breaks, and daily station assignments
- Serve as the point of contact for guest service recovery and elevate issues to the GM as necessary
- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed accurately and timely
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service, assisting team members as needed
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dining areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely communication and food/beverage flow
- Conduct side work and shift preparation, including reviewing reservations and special requests
- Uphold resort policies, Utah alcohol regulations, and safety procedures
- Train new team members and reinforce SOPs with existing staff
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant setting, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of front‑of‑house operations and guest service best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in POS systems, table management software, and cash handling
- Must be at least 21 years of age with the ability to obtain and maintain a Utah Alcohol Server Permit
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
