Location: Moab

Red Cliff Lodge Moab is seeking an experienced Chef to oversee food preparation and production for all dining outlets. Responsibilities include supervising cooks, enhancing food quality, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will maintain budget and food costs while training and motivating kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate has extensive culinary experience, knowledge of international dishes, and leadership skills. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. This role offers a dynamic work environment critical to guest experiences at the resort.
