The Team Member is responsible for creating quality food and providing quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• Prepping, cooking, packaging, and serving food for guests in a timely fashion while ensuring that the food product meets operational, food safety, and brand standards.
• Creating a fun, fast‑paced atmosphere for guests, greeting them with “Welcome to Moe’s!” and ensuring they are completely satisfied with their order.
• Cleaning prep area, equipment, and restaurant in accordance with operational, food safety, and brand standards.
• Punctuality, wearing the correct uniform, and maintaining a friendly smile while exemplifying high integrity and hardworking attitude.
• Consistently demonstrating the company values and performing all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team, representing Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally in every aspect of performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Effective communication with team members, leaders, and guests.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Self‑disciplined and able to multi‑task.
• Adherence to company core values – Quality Way.

The employee must be able to communicate clearly, move, and remain in a stationary position while performing job duties. The employee may need to occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in an office, remote office setting, or restaurant environment.
