Bartender

A bartender position at Black Rock Mountain Resort in Heber City, Utah, within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio.

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
• Maintain proper and adequate set‑up of the bar daily
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
• Take accurate orders, confirming all special requests
• Add to the conversation as master of the bar, understanding details to enhance the experience
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
• Requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits
• Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control
• Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
• Lock up and store all beverages, food, and other equipment, deposit cash drops, and secure the bank

• Engaging and welcoming personality
• Current bartender certification or appropriate license
• Knowledge of the latest mixology trends
• Descriptive sales skills
• 2–4 years of bartender experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills

$10.00 – $15.00
