Location: Alta
Rustler Lodge Inc. in Alta, Utah, seeks a line cook for a full-time seasonal role. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen.
Expect active involvement in all kitchen duties, including cleaning and HACCP compliance, with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. Live-in or live-out accommodations are available, with meals on shift and a ski pass included.
