The Team Member is the core of the Caribou experience. They create day‑making experiences by delivering unparalleled guest service, making world‑class hand‑crafted beverages, and bringing the Purpose and Values of Caribou to life in every interaction.

• Provides incredible Guest Service by:
  • Developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practicing active listening and connection
  • Anticipating guest needs and proactively solving opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Making enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Creating day‑making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
• Hand‑crafts beverages and prepares Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills all team member roles
• Takes guest orders, manages cash drawer, and follows cash handling policies
• Maintains store appearance, cleanliness, sanitization, and organization
• Anticipates future needs of the team and guests and acts accordingly
• Distinguishes problems that can be solved directly from those requiring leader support
• Willingly follows direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Preferred:
  Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience

These duties involve seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4‑8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. Accommodations may be provided.

$11.23 - $18.71 per hour. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
