About the Role

A bartender at Topgolf is responsible for greeting players, mixing quality beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, and promoting additional items to enhance the player experience.

• Greet players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection.
• Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades.
• Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready for service.
• Collaborate with other play makers to deliver top‑notch service.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to keep the environment clean and compliant.

• Positive attitude and a team‑first mentality.
• Strong focus on delivering an excellent player experience.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, often busy environment.
• Previous experience behind a bar in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and possess any required certifications for responsible beverage service.

• Lift and move items up to 50lb. with comfort and safety.
• Remain on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Perform a variety of physical tasks continuously throughout the day.
