Coral Tree Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations at Latitude Restaurant, Lava Love Coffee Bar, Flo Bar & Pool area to ensure seamless service and uphold luxury standards;
Lead and train servers, bartenders, baristas, and hosts to build a high-performing, guest-focused team;
Coordinate with the General Manager of Lobby restaurants and outlet chef to align service and kitchen operations;
Ensure FOH staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings, wine pairings, craft cocktails, and specialty coffee beverages;
Assist in staff scheduling, labor cost control, and operational planning to maintain efficiency across all outlets
