Snowbird Resort in Utah is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple venues, banquet kitchens, seasonal outlets, and employee dining. You will partner with the Senior Executive Chef to ensure consistency in food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while driving menu execution and cost control.
You will coach and develop chefs and cooks, manage scheduling and inventories, and collaborate with resort departments on events and seasonal openings.
