Cliff Lodge at Snowbird
ScheduleHours vary based on business needs
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
What you will do- Graciously greet and seat guests
- Adjust flow of guests with a waiting list
- Call out name and party number when table becomes available
- Once guests are seated, gently pass out menus and state the name of their server
- Review each table for proper presentation before guests are seated
- Talk with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience
- Respond to complaints and help resolve issues with appropriate team members
- Assist bussers and/or servers when appropriate
- Communicate with servers and managers
- Thank guests as they exit the restaurant
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 0-6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
- Must be 18+ Food Handler Permit.
- Demonstrate competency in operating dish machines and chemicals.
- Requires some exercise of judgement within policy guidelines and without supervisory approval.
- Requires problem solving and initiation of activities within job description and have a strong understanding of other Snowbird operations.
Part-time; AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be prepared to stay overnight, if necessary, on occasional times of road closures
