Line Cook - Luxury Ranch & Resort

• Hotel or restaurant pre-opening, renovation, or transition experience
• AAA or Forbes luxury service experience
• Worked in rural-style resorts, ranches, or ski resorts
• A natural affinity for the outdoors

• Basic kitchen equipment skills and comfort with recipe measurements and portions
• At least two years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants; culinary training preferred
• Strong cooking fundamentals and knowledge of sanitation standards
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks
• Effective time management, teaching ability, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer proficiency including POS systems, Word, and Excel
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork
• Calm under pressure with high personal integrity
