Location: Moab
Red Cliffs Lodge Moab in Moab, UT seeks a seasonal cook to prepare all hotel-outlet food items using standardized recipes. You will measure ingredients, operate large kitchen equipment, and set up mise en place to support multiple outlets.
This is a demanding, high-volume environment requiring strict sanitation and timely execution. The role requires at least 2 years cooking experience and a Food Handlers certification; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
