Raise a glasstoan unforgettable seasonal opportunity! Snowbird's Oktoberfest is one of the largest and mostanticipatedfestivals in Utah, welcoming thousands of guests each year. Running from mid-August through mid-October, this vibrant event brings together live entertainment, authentic cuisine, family-friendly activities, and, of course, world-class brews.

We areseekingenthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our Oktoberfest team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

As an Oktoberfest Festival Server (Under 21), you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable festival atmosphere. Reporting to the Oktoberfest Leadership team, you will provide outstanding food and beverage service whilemaintaininghigh standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by exceeding customer expectations
• Serve food and beverages in compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
• OperatePOSand handle transactions accurately
• Assist with food service andmaintainingservice stations
• Bus tables, restock supplies, andmaintaincleanliness throughout the venue
• Support event setup and teardown activities
• Complete assigned side work and adapt to various roles as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event operations

• Must be 18years of age or older
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Strong communication skills (Englishproficiencyrequired)
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must obtain Food Handler Permit by training date (
  August 1 or 2 )

• Must be available to work every weekend , including
  Labor Day weekend (September 5-7)
• While some positions will begin at the start of the season, others may have a later start date, depending on staffing needs
• Required attendance at training/orientation on August 1 or 2
• Events are held rain or shine; shifts may vary slightly within scheduled hours

• Fast-paced, high-volume setting with large crowds and live entertainment
• Outdoor mountain environment with varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30lbs
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and navigating uneven terrain

• Black pants or fingertip-length black shorts (no rips or athletic wear)
• Closed-toe, comfortable shoes with black socks
• Snowbird-provided shirt, apron, hat, and name tag must be worn during shifts
• Weather-appropriate outerwear recommended
