Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager Be the right hand to the General Manager and help lead the restaurant to daily success through strong leadership and hands-on teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations

Lead and coach team members to meet performance goals

Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly

Enforce safety, sanitation, brand standards and company policies

Supervise team members and assign shift tasks

Ensure quality, speed, and service standards are metOpen or close the restaurant based on schedule

Handle cash deposits and shift paperwork

Resolve minor issues and escalate when needed

Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver's license

Pass background check
