Floor Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our on-site dining operations and elevate the guest experience through outstanding food service and team leadership.

Position Overview:

The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Create and implement front of house systems and operations
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with executive leadership on systems, standards, and forward planning
• Track and report on financial performance, including sales and labor costs
• Upholding culture and training new/current staff upon hire with core company values

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with seasonal tourism operations
• Passion for outdoor recreation and hospitality
• Comprehension of Utah liquor laws and DABS compliance
• Comprehension of Servsafe certifications and training for new employees
