Do you have excellent customer service and multi‑tasking skills? Become our next Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you will assist guests with all of their needs, from compliments to corrections, ensuring they feel welcome at our store. You will also answer phone calls, oversee the front end, and sell a variety of specialty items at our Service Desk. • Develop maximum customer relations through a friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Provide a safe, clean and positive environment; and consistently build and support a culture that is based on relationships and continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with all company policies, procedures, programs and directives; refer to the Team Member Handbook for guidance. Promote a harassment‑free environment and report any potential harmful situation to management.
• Continually strive to build knowledge and skills, both personally and within the department and store through training and education of self and other team members.
• Attend departmental, store and company meetings as required; contribute to profits and revenues and meet productivity standards.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing all guest questions and complaints. Use discretion in returns.
• Oversee the front‑end team members and their responsibilities, in collaboration with the front‑end manager, by coaching, supervising, leading, giving directions, and scheduling breaks/lunches.
• Answer the phone in a professional manner.
• Act as a backup cashier as needed.
• Shel vict Honor hunting and fishing licenses.
• Daily cash counting and balancing of tills; manage all loans to cashiers.
• Verify tills after cashiers have counted.

• Minimum Age: 18 years of age.
• Lifting Requirements:
  Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
• Equipment:
  Cash register, computer, money order machine, change machine, 10‑key.
• Physical Abilities:
  Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, twist, bend; repetitive use of hands and arms to push, pull, carry, lift, reach, grip, and balance; occasional stoop, crouch, kneel or crawl. Lifting may include floor-to-shoulder and overhead. Occasional use of step stools or ladders required.
• Communication:
  Ability to write, speak, hear and understand the spoken word; respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
