Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of brand and operational standards
- Identify gaps and provide immediate, actionable feedback to store teams
- Perform structured store evaluations/audits using approved tools
- Track and follow through on action plans to ensure compliance with brand and operational guidelines
- Monitor store sell-out performance and track key KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity)
- Highlight risks and support implementation of corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to store processes and retail excellence standards
- Validate compliance with the Store Operations Manual during store visits
- Support development and execution of action plans to improve KPIs based on performance analysis
- Ensure timely follow-through across all assigned franchise stores
- Align with FRS Trainers on training topics and calendar execution
- Support rollout and tracking of training initiatives in stores
- Partner with the Brand Team to ensure consistent in-store marketing and visual merchandising execution
- Monitor campaign implementation and provide feedback on execution quality
- Collaborate with Franchise Operations Leads and store teams to support execution of plans and initiatives
- Provide on-ground insights to support continuous improvement
- Sell-Out Performance Support
- KPI Tracking & Improvement (Conversion, ATV, UPT)
- Store Audit & Compliance Scores
- Execution of Action Plans
- Consistency in Brand & VM Execution
- Contribution to LFL% Growth
