Sapp Bros., Inc. is excited to open our new Beans & Brew location in St. George, Utah! We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead to help launch our fast-casual coffeehouse and café concept. As a Beans & Brew Lead, you'll support the Store Manager in daily operations while leading by example to ensure a high-performing team and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring team members, including Baristas and Cashiers
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
• Ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including guest service, drink preparation, and store cleanliness
• Handling cash, deposits, and transactions accurately
• Upholding food and beverage safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving operational and service goals
