Location: Central Valley
Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations within the assigned region. You will lead store managers, drive sales growth, manage P&L, and ensure compliance and safety across stores while fostering a customer-centric culture.
The role requires 8+ years of multi-store retail management experience, P&L oversight, and recruitment leadership, with a willingness to travel within the area. A high school diploma is required; a BS/BA is preferred.
