• Stay up to date on Ford products, incentives, and financing programs.

• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology during walkarounds and test drives.

• Guide customers through the sales process from first contact through delivery.

• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure a great ownership experience.

• Work with the sales and finance teams to provide a smooth buying process.

• Previous automotive sales experience is required.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
