Ecommerce Manager

At Nani, we believe confidence grows when women feel comfortable, capable, and ready for whatever adventure comes next. As a women-owned brand, we're passionate about creating thoughtfully designed swimwear and active wear that empowers women to get outside, try new things, and live fully. We're also committed to building that same experience for our team. Nani is a fast-growing company where creativity, collaboration, and positivity thrive.

We work hard, support each other, celebrate wins, and genuinely enjoy what we do. If you're looking for meaningful work, opportunities to grow, and a team that values both excellence and fun, we'd love to meet you.

Position Overview

Nani is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own  as a sales channel. This role is accountable for the site's performance, merchandising, accuracy, and overall customer experience, and blends the instincts of a merchant, salesperson, analyst, and website operator. The right person treats the website like their own store: they know what's selling, what isn't, where customers are dropping off, and what needs to change next.

Rather than waiting for direction from Marketing, this person proactively identifies opportunities, recommends changes, and measures the results — using Shopify and ecommerce data to turn traffic and inventory into profitable sales

Key Responsibilities
  • Own ecommerce performance and achievement of Nani's DTC revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute onsite strategies that increase sales, conversion, and customer value.
  • Monitor sales performance against goals and prior-year results, and proactively address performance gaps.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to ensure traffic-generating campaigns translate into website revenue.
  • Own and continually improve website conversion rate and average order value.
  • Analyze the customer journey to identify friction, drop-off points, and conversion opportunities.
  • Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, search, merchandising, promotions, and checkout.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, bundle, and threshold promotion opportunities to grow basket size.
  • Monitor mobile conversion separately and ensure an exceptional mobile shopping experience.
  • Own digital merchandising across , including the homepage, navigation, collections, search results, and product recommendations.
  • Merchandise strategically based on sales performance, inventory, seasonality, and business priorities, ensuring best sellers and key categories get appropriate visibility.
  • Use sales and inventory data — weeks of supply, sell-through, sales velocity, and aging inventory — to guide merchandising decisions.
  • Adjust placement, promotions, and product visibility to move slower-selling inventory and maximize sell-through.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to communicate inventory opportunities and risks.
  • Own the day-to-day health and accuracy of , including pricing, promotions, product information, inventory availability, imagery, and content.
  • Monitor the site for broken functionality, errors, and customer friction; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers or technology partners as needed.
  • Maintain a polished, intuitive, on-brand shopping experience across desktop and mobile.
  • Own ecommerce execution for all product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and major sales events.
  • Build and manage the ecommerce launch calendar in coordination with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations.
  • Ensure products, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and content are accurate and launch-ready; conduct pre-launch testing and QA.
  • Monitor launch performance in real time, make merchandising adjustments as needed, and conduct post-launch analysis to inform future launches.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of ecommerce management experience, ideally in DTC apparel, swim, or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify storefront (Shopify Plus preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using ecommerce and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion…
