We’re growing rapidly and seeking a standout Ecommerce Manager who is equal parts strategic, analytical, creative, and results-driven. This person should be a Shopify expert who understands how to turn traffic, great products, and strong storytelling into profitable online growth.

Position Overview

This role is a pivotal opportunity to fuel Nani's next stage of DTC growth. The Ecommerce Manager owns  as a sales channel and is responsible for driving DTC revenue, conversion rate, average order value, digital merchandising, product sell-through, and inventory productivity. You will oversee the day-to-day performance and customer experience of our Shopify store while continually identifying opportunities to make the site easier to shop, more engaging, and more effective at converting customers.

The Ecommerce Manager also plays a key role in paid digital advertising and customer acquisition, helping manage and optimize advertising performance with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and overall marketing efficiency. You will use sales, advertising, customer, and inventory data to determine what is working, where opportunities exist, and what actions should be taken next. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations to execute successful product launches, promotions, campaigns, and onsite experiences.

As the Ecommerce Manager, you aren't just managing our website, you are running Nani's digital storefront and taking ownership of its growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Nani's DTC business, creating an amazing online customer experience and building a stronger digital presence that introduces more women to Nani and inspires them to Live a Nani life!

Key Responsibilities DTC Revenue & Performance
  • Own ecommerce performance and achievement of Nani's DTC revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute onsite strategies that increase sales, conversion, and customer value.
  • Monitor sales performance against goals and prior-year results, and proactively address performance gaps.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to ensure traffic-generating campaigns translate into website revenue.
Conversion Rate & Average Order Value (AOV)
  • Own and continually improve website conversion rate and average order value.
  • Analyze the customer journey to identify friction, drop-off points, and conversion opportunities.
  • Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, search, merchandising, promotions, and checkout.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, bundle, and threshold promotion opportunities to grow basket size.
  • Monitor mobile conversion separately and ensure an exceptional mobile shopping experience.
Site Merchandising & Inventory Productivity
  • Own digital merchandising across , including the homepage, navigation, collections, search results, and product recommendations.
  • Merchandise strategically based on sales performance, inventory, seasonality, and business priorities, ensuring best sellers and key categories get appropriate visibility.
  • Use sales and inventory data — weeks of supply, sell-through, sales velocity, and aging inventory — to guide merchandising decisions.
  • Adjust placement, promotions, and product visibility to move slower-selling inventory and maximize sell-through.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to communicate inventory opportunities and risks.
Website Accuracy & Customer Experience
  • Own the day-to-day health and accuracy of , including pricing, promotions, product information, inventory availability, imagery, and content.
  • Monitor the site for broken functionality, errors, and customer friction; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers or technology partners as needed.
  • Maintain a polished, intuitive, on-brand shopping experience across desktop and mobile.
