We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Assistant to help grow our business by generating new sales opportunities. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, has a positive attitude, and isn't afraid to hear "no."

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Send follow-up emails and marketing communications.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate notes and update customer information.
• Follow up with leads in a timely manner.
• Build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Help support marketing campaigns and other administrative projects as needed.

• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Able to handle rejection professionally without becoming discouraged.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Previous customer service, sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.

• Monday-Friday schedule 10:00am-2:00pm
