As a Security Officer - Warehouse Rover in Woodland Hills, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot patrols of buildings, parking areas, and common spaces, helping to reduce security‑related incidents through a visible presence. You will respond to concerns, document activity, support access control, and deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, office corridors, parking areas, loading docks, and the building perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions; assist with visitor directions, badge and/or key control processes, and lobby or garage activity as assigned by post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting property management and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate reports and log entries regarding patrol observations, incident details, and follow‑up actions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
