Evolution Design Build Group is looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our high-end residential remodeling team in Park City, UT. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of carpentry or woodworking experience who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a collaborative, detail‑driven environment. You'll perform a variety of carpentry tasks—from framing and accent walls to custom woodwork and finish installations—while helping maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization.

- Arrive on time, presentable, and in required Evo attire (including safety‑toe boots).
- Transport self to/from job sites in a personal, reliable vehicle.
- Set up and close down the job site daily; maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Secure and maintain all company tools; bring and use personal basic tools (tool belt, hand tools, cordless drill).
- Use smartphone daily for Builder Trend tasks and communication.
- Perform quality carpentry work including:
- Light framing, blocking, and strapping
- Trim, door, and hardware installation
- Accent walls, custom woodwork, and furniture builds
- Decking, stair treads, handrails, and siding repair
- Floor patching and punch list completion
- Follow Evo's Jobsite Code of Ethics; encourage adherence among subcontractors and peers.
- Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors.
- Report any site issues or discrepancies immediately to the Field Manager.
- Provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Track daily hours using Builder Trend.
- Digitally submit receipts to the Office Manager.
- 1-3 years of carpentry or woodworking experience in residential remodeling.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Safety‑toe boots and Evo attire required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Functional smartphone for jobsite communications and time tracking.
- Own basic carpentry tool set (belt, hand tools, cordless drill).
- Professionalism and the ability to work well independently and within a team.
