Residential Electrical Journeyman

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Electrical Journeyman who is ready to take the next step in their career by leading a crew and helping train the next generation of electricians. • Lead and manage a residential electrical crew
• Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs in new construction and residential projects
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Train and support apprentices and helpers in the field
• Communicate clearly with project managers, builders, and homeowners
• Set the standard for professionalism and craftsmanship on the job site

• Current Journeyman Electrician license
• Residential electrical experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans, troubleshoot, and problem-solve independently
• A positive attitude and desire to grow with the company
